Gluten/egg free scones

This week I felt like some yummy scones, but wanted to make them so Isaac could try some. So I substituted rice and oat flours for wheat and used egg replacer. They turned out pretty tasty, but rather dry. I think I need to adjust my flour mixture. Less rice more of the other flours. Any suggestions? Isaac adored them though, add some apricot jam and he scarfed them up!
