Gluten/egg free scones

This week I felt like some yummy scones, but wanted to make them so Isaac could try some. So I substituted rice and oat flours for wheat and used egg replacer. They turned out pretty tasty, but rather dry. I think I need to adjust my flour mixture. Less rice more of the other flours. Any suggestions? Isaac adored them though, add some apricot jam and he scarfed them up!

Well this obviously isn't my strong point as I've never been much of a writer, but I'm going to start adding other things such as food I've made, what we've been up to and things like that. Thanks for looking!
